For Brad, luxury has never meant excess, it means intention. Raised with a deep appreciation for meaningful moments and shaped by the quiet rhythm of nature, he built Pigeon Lake Luxury to honor life’s most restorative joys, slow mornings, golden hour boat rides, fireside evenings, and the still delight of sipping an espresso with a view.
Born in the 90’s and educated in South Carolina, Brad now lives in Orlando with his loyal dogs. Yet it is the serene shores of Pigeon Lake in West Olive, Michigan that hold his heart. There he envisioned a space that strips away the noise of daily life. It is a sanctuary designed not just to impress, but to renew.
Rooted in spiritual stillness and guided by a love for timeless design, Brad created a retreat where guests can rise into rest, reconnect with what matters, and feel at home in their own rhythm.
